What this site collects

The public site is static, but when you submit a contact form or request a download we collect the details you provide (for example, email address and optional name), along with your consent choices and related delivery records.

Downloads and newsletter choices

Episode download forms ask for an email address to deliver the requested resource. Depending on what you opt into, we and our newsletter/email service providers store and process submission details to deliver downloads, manage subscriptions, and send the messages you requested.

Download delivery: Email me the {magnet} and a copy of my download.
Weekly newsletter: Send me the weekly Drill & Bill newsletter. This is optional.
Partner information: I'm open to occasional related offers/info from partners. This is optional.

Weekly-newsletter and partner choices are unchecked by default. If you choose either one, expect a double-opt-in email and confirm only by clicking that email's link. A download request alone does not enroll you in recurring messages.

How information is used

We use contact messages to reply, requested download information to deliver the resource, and confirmed optional consent only for the newsletter or partner purpose you selected. We do not sell personal information.

Where data is stored

Subscriber and consent records are stored in the email/newsletter systems used to run this show and in connected communication tools needed to respond to messages or support requests. The public website itself is static and is not the subscriber database of record.

Retention and your choices

We keep subscriber/contact records as long as needed to provide requested delivery and subscription services, satisfy operational or legal requirements, and maintain suppression records to honor opt-outs. You can unsubscribe any time via email footer links and request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us.
